Today, I write about  how to make becoming softest and fluffiest pancakes. At first I prepare for 100 g of pancake mixture and 100 g of tofu and one egg and milk 50cc and one tablespoon of mayonnaise  and butter small quantity. Then, I explain how to make. First, I mix tofu until I get smooth. I put one egg and milk 50cc and mayonnaise in the tofu which I mixed, and I mix it well. I turn on tofu and pancake mixture of the same amount and mix it roughly. It is a point to mix so that a lump is left. Next, I pour it into the frying pan which applied butter. I make it a low temperature, and I close the cap and bake it slowly and carefully. If there begins to be a hole in the surface of the pancake, I reverse it and bake it until it is colored. I take it out of a frying pan if colored. It is the completion of the pancake which is soft and fluffy even if it cools down.
